Terms & Live-Plant Purchase Policy
These terms apply to every request submitted through this website.
Requests are not confirmed orders
Submitting a request does not reserve plants and does not guarantee inventory. Your order is confirmed only when you receive a written availability confirmation from us by email. Prices and availability can change until that confirmation is sent.
Pickup and local delivery
Pickup is available by appointment in Dallas, Texas. Limited local delivery may be available for an additional charge based on distance and order size. We do not ship plants. The exact pickup location is shared only after an order is confirmed.
Payment
This website does not charge you and does not process card payments. Payment is made directly to us by Zelle or cash at the time of pickup or delivery, after we confirm your quote by email. We never ask for card numbers or banking details through this site.
Living plants and their condition
These are living plants. Size, fullness, and leaf color vary naturally between plants and between seasons, and photographs on this site are representative rather than exact. Once a plant leaves our care, its health depends on light, water, soil, temperature, and handling, so we cannot guarantee survival or performance after pickup or delivery. Please inspect your plants at the time you receive them and tell us right away if anything is not right.
Ornamental use only
Purple Heart is sold as an ornamental plant. Sap may irritate sensitive skin. Keep ornamental plants away from children and pets who may chew them.
