When you submit a plant request, bulk quote request, or contact message, we collect the details you type into that form: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the organization you represent if you provide one, the plants and quantities you are asking about, your preferred date, whether you want pickup or delivery, and any notes you add.
How we use it
We use your information only to confirm availability, answer your questions, arrange pickup or local delivery, and keep a record of your order. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored in our secure hosted database and are visible only to G3 Purple Roots Nursery. Email notifications about your request are sent to our business address at sales@gznite.com and to the email address you provided.
Payments
We do not take payment through this website. No card numbers or banking details are collected or stored here.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete the information tied to your request at any time by emailing sales@gznite.com. We will remove it unless we are required to keep a record of a completed sale.
